We are officially in our new hometown, Round Rock, Texas. I am voraciously taking in anything and everything - the local paper, websites, street signs, billboards. There is so much to take in. For now I want to give a taste of what I'm finding. A cool food website is The Austinite. A more comprehensive directory is the Austin 360. I'm eager to hit the town with my husband.
Another project is doing school research. I was anxious to find out what the procedure would be for enrolling Samuel in the elementary school here. It's basically just filling out the forms and copying his legal documents. That's it! We're looking at several houses in the district for this school and a few here.
This is going to be fun.
