Where else can you see men who listen to their duck call practice tapes while driving down the road? My brother is one of them!
So far it's been a relaxing day. It's been nice not to have a real agenda. This morning we got to have breakfast with Jesse and Nicole before their classes started for the day. Today marks three weeks on the road for us. Nicole and I went out for pedicures, and it was much appreciated down time. What a luxury!
The highlight of the trip will be the feral pig that we're going to eat. Jesse caught it, and is planning a special meal for us.

i love the blog! what a wonderful way to let us all enjoy the adventure - and keep a souvenir for the little guys who won't have much if any memory of these wonderful experiences.
i'm sure you're all travel weary by now, so it's great you can stay with family and relax a bit.
we miss you here, terribly. it helps to know you are having a good time (challenges and all!)
