All About Elijah

Elijah.

He is a toothless six and a half years old.

We call him our little engineer because he is taking apart and building things.

He is turning out to be another math whiz.

We like to play a game in the car where someone starts with 1 and keeps doubling the sum until they mess up.The other day, he got to the 16-thousands before he made a mistake.  Wow.  This kid hasn't learned yet how to do double-digit addition, but he can add crazy long numbers in his head...? I don't get it. 

He is watchful, cautious and wise.  He is excited to be joining Samuel at his school next year for 1st grade.

He loves talking about poop, pee and private parts.  That is an understatement.  His new favorite book is one that came in the mail from Pop this week called El Gran Viaje del Senor Caca.  You don't need to know much Spanish to figure out what that is. 

He's also a goofball.
