Tuesday Morning (Adam)

We traveled 364 miles from Austin on Monday evening and made it to Lafayette, Louisiana. We really enjoyed our time in Austin and Texas. Texas has a certain pride of their state that I have never seen in any other state. From their style of dress to the larger than life size of everything (it is bigger in Texas) to their music (we enjoyed listening to Lyle Lovett "Don't Touch My Hat" and "You're not from Texas"). It was a memorable time.

We must move on to the bayous and plantations of the South so we will update you on our soon to come adventures.
